			Some non-representative members of the community have experienced a tendency to be largely childish, easily influenced, and prone to act on whims rather than rules. Another non-representative member of the community attempts to excuse this lack of competence by the overwhelming effort that is necessary to hold this amount of staff position, although Spark911 himself has expressed his inability to handle the workload of moderating the forums.
			At least one editor, however, considers Spark extremely competent, and he indeed manages to uphold this impression.

			Spark has been reported to abuse his [[Accounts administrator]] position to manipulate lower-leveled [[Graal administration]] member's staff accounts based on corruption and lack of discipline.
