'''Staff boots''' are a special NPC given to staff members that allow them to move quickly over any terrain ignoring the usual collision checks that prevent players from crossing walls. The idea of these Staff boots were from police so they can go quickly through levels to catch the 'bad guy'. This also, turns out to be the largest source of [[staff abuse]]

The staff boots were invented around 1999.
